I received this rifle for restoration after it had been damaged by improper storage. It was rusted from butt to barrel, the stock had two long cracks and actually had mold growing on it. Here is a little Sig Sauer that was redone using Ceracoat “Bright Nickel” – Up close the gun has a little bit of a sparkle. I like this finish so well I redid – my side arm as well.
When I received this little treasure it was peeling its original nickel and the blued parts were essentially worn away. In addition to its poor appearance it also would not function.
